Terror Module: Ten Persons Picked Up For Questioning In Kashmir.

SRINAGAR : Around 10 persons, including three government employees, have been picked up for questioning from various parts of Kashmir in connection with the ‘white collar terror’ module case, officials said.The officials said the investigators picked up the suspects from Anantnag, Pulwama and Kulgam districts during overnight raids.Police and other security agencies have intensified the crackdown on the terror ecosystem in the valley in the aftermath of the Delhi blast on Monday that left 13 people dead.The questioning of the suspects has revealed that some of them had visited Turkiye in the past one year, the officials said.While seven persons, including doctors, have been arrested in connection with the recovery of huge cache of explosives, the investigators have questioned more than 200 persons so far in connection with the “white collar terror” module.The module was unearthed based on the information provided by two overground workers of terrorists who were arrested by police earlier this month. Police and investigation team personnel collecting evidence near Red Fort area amid heightened security after the car blast on November 10, 2025.A day after the Centre called the Delhi car blast a ‘terror incident’, it has been confirmed that the doctor from J&K’s Pulwama, identified as Umar Nabi, was driving the car that exploded near Red Fort on Monday (November 10, 2025). The DNA samples of Umar’s mother were collected on Tuesday (November 11) and analysed along with the remains gathered from the blast site.

The doctor, who was likely the sole occupant of the car, was teaching at Faridabad’s Al-Falah University. He had possibly been trying to escape an ongoing raid by the Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh police, which has led to the arrest of eight people over the past 15 days, including three doctors.Meanwhile, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced on Thursday (November 13) that the Lal Quila Metro Station will continue to remain closed until further notice due to security reasons. The move comes amid heightened vigilance and precautionary measures in the national capital after the car blast. All other metro stations and lines are functioning as per schedule, the DMRC said in a statement.

Nine more arrested in Assam for ‘offensive’ posts on Delhi blast, tally rises to 15

Nine more people have been arrested in Assam for putting up “offensive” social media posts following the Delhi blast, taking the total number of apprehensions in this regard to 15, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Thursday (November 13, 2025).The fresh arrests have been made since Wednesday night. “In connection with the offensive social media posts following the Delhi blast, 15 persons have been arrested across Assam so far,” Mr. Sarma posted on X.

‘Terror module’ case: J&K Police’s counter intelligence wing carries out raids across Valley

The Counter Intelligence wing of Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday (November 13, 2025) carried out raids at several locations across the Valley in connection with the “white-collar terror module” and the recent blast near Delhi’s Red Fort, officials said.The raids are currently being carried out by Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) at 13 locations, they said.

Lal Quila metro station closed till further notice due to security reasonsThe Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) announced on Thursday (November 13, 2025) the closure of Lal Quila Metro Station until further notice due to security reasons.The move comes amid heightened vigilance and precautionary measures in the national capital after the recent car blast near the Red Fort.According to the DMRC, entry and exit at the Lal Quila station have been temporarily suspended, and services will remain halted until clearance is received from the concerned security agencies.“All other metro stations and lines are functioning as per schedule,” the DMRC said in an official statement.
