Kulgam, April 2 (VOI): Following the back to back Encounter in Kathua district, The Jammu Srinagar National Highway in Kulgam is under tight security to ensure secure environment in the region, an official told VOI News. An official told that on the directions of SSP Kulgam Sahil Sarangal senior police officers are personally monitoring the situation along Jammu-Srinagar National Highway and checkpoints have been erected in the many places and security forces stopping and checking the vehicles to ensure secure environment in the region. “Close vigil is being kept along the National Highway to prevent any untoward incident and to ensure secure environment in the region”, he said
